WHAT IS BIAB/BUIDER GEL

BIAB, or Builder in a Bottle/pot, is a gel used to add strength, structure, and durability to natural nails, functioning like an acrylic but applied more like a gel polish. BIAB can be used to strengthen weak nails, repair broken ones, or create extensions, and can be infilled rather than soaked off for maintenance.

In contrast, builder gel in a pot is a thicker, more viscous formula requiring a separate brush, which provides greater control for creating strength, length, and artificial nail extensions.

BIAB typically lasts for 3 to 4 weeks before it needs to be removed or infilled, though this can vary depending on factors like nail growth, lifestyle, and aftercare. While BIAB can last longer with proper care, it is generally recommended to get infills every 2-3 weeks to maintain the structure of the nail and prevent potential lifting or breakage.
